Our garden campus offers an exhilarating range of wonderful facilities, ensuring that our students complete both their academic studies and their wider holistic activities in state-of-the-art settings.
Our Upper School alone benefits from over 12,000m2 of academic buildings built over four levels in the central area of the site. It provides spacious, well-equipped classrooms and numerous fully equipped modern science labs, as well as multiple breakout spaces to encourage collaboration and independent learning. The academic building also features a large lecture theatre, a dedicated examination hall and a 700m2 library.
Alongside the main academic building lies an 450-seat auditorium. The location will play host to school drama productions, as well as regular student-led assemblies and multiple other performances.
The development of musical talent will be an important aspect of Harrow Bengaluru. The school benefits from a dedicated music wing, featuring multiple music practice rooms, a large ensemble space, a music recording studio and a music tech lab, in addition to music classrooms.
Whilst major productions will take place in the 450-seat auditorium, Harrow Bengaluru also benefits from dedicated spaces for drama and dance within the main academic building, allowing every student to develop performance skills through this aspect of their schedule.
Art provides further opportunities for the development of creative talent, with students benefiting from a kiln room and a darkroom for photography, in addition to a large area dedicated to providing classrooms for fine art.
Our students will enjoy an Olympic-sized 50m swimming pool on the west side of the campus.
At the centre of our sports village lies a 4,500m2 multi-use sports hall, which incorporates squash courts as well as space for gymnastics, badminton, basketball and numerous other indoor sports.
The outdoor sporting amenities include a 400m running track, a full size Astroturf pitch, extensive cricket facilities and several outdoor basketball courts.
Boarding will be an important feature of Harrow Bengaluru. Boarders will be accommodated in a series of dedicated boarding houses, which will incorporate a combination of single ensuite rooms for senior students and twin rooms for younger students.
Each house, which will home up to 70 students, will benefit from its own kitchen and dining room, library and several common rooms, designed to encourage a community spirit.
Attached to each boarding house will be accommodation for a House Master or House Mistress (and their family), an assistant House Master or House Mistress and their family, and a Matron, who will oversee the domestic running of the house.
At Harrow International School Bengaluru, we believe that exceptional teaching begins with exceptional educators. Our commitment to professional development ensures that our faculty members are not only experts in their subject areas but also pioneers in innovative pedagogical practices.
