Appointment of Dr. Caroline Pascoe as Head of School
Harrow International School Bengaluru is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Caroline Pascoe as Head of School, effective January 2026.
Dr. Pascoe brings a wealth of leadership experience from leading independent and international schools, including seven years as Principal of The International School Bangalore (TISB). She holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership, has taught Physics and Biology, and has contributed extensively to educational committees and professional bodies, reflecting her strong academic grounding and commitment to educational excellence.
Beyond her academic leadership, Dr. Pascoe’s personal journey reflects resilience, ambition, and purpose. A former member of the 1992 Barcelona Olympic Women’s Rowing Squad and an experienced high-altitude expedition leader, she brings a values-led approach to leadership that aligns closely with Harrow’s emphasis on character, courage, and holistic development.
Dr. Caroline Pascoe’s appointment marks an important new chapter for Harrow Bengaluru as the school continues to strengthen its academic vision, community culture, and long-term growth.
